Nope. We just ask that our clients submit a change request to let us know when they’d like to suspend a service.

We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card transactions will incur a 3% service fee.

We require all clients to pay in advance for our services. For flat-rate management fees, it is straightforward. For percentage-based fees, the fee for the upcoming month is based on the ad spend of the previous month.

We will send an invoice covering the onboarding fee as soon as you submit a service request form. The fee will be due upon receipt, and setup will begin after we have received payment.

The first invoice for management of a service will be sent 10 business days after you submit the service request. We invoice separately for each service we provide. All clients are setup on autopay for their management fees, which recur monthly on the same day of the month as the first management fee.

If you submit a change request form within 5 calendar days of the start of your monthly management cycle, we will provide a full refund upon request; however, we do not provide partial refunds or assess pro-rated management fees. You can choose the date of suspension when you submit the form.
